Ellie has been back in America this week, and has been attending some very fashionable events, including two fashion shows where she sat front row! Ellie’s style is really great at the minute, and I am sure she will only become more noticed in the fashion world. This year she has appeared in Italian and Japanese Vogue, so maybe the cover of English Vogue awaits!?

Ellie appeared at the Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco on Friday and performed on two stages at the event! She donned a red military style jacket! This military style must be something Ellie is liking at the moment, as if you remember back to her UK tour last year she wore a black military jacket on every date! She also wore a blue military jacket at a performance recently in America, at The Wiltern Theatre, in Los Angeles!

Ellie performed at Lollapalooza over the weekend, which is amazing! It just shows how well America are taking to her, and I feel proud to know that a British talent like Ellie is doing well for herself overseas too. I have added some images to the gallery of Ellie performing and posing for photographs backstage. You might notice some familiar faces with her – her friend Lissie, and Gossip Girl star-turned rocker Taylor Momsen! You can watch an interview with Ellie below, also.

Ellie did an in store appearance yesterday (30th July) in a Best Buy store to promote her album, Lights! She wore a really bold outfit, and her blouse really reminded me of her new video for Starry Eyed! View the pictures in the gallery below.

Ellie has produced a new video of Starry Eyed for the US release of the song. I think it really shows how Ellie has come along since last year, when the original video was released. This video has more of a story line to it and Ellie seriously looks stunning in it. She looks fierce and like a normal girl all at the same time. Her hair looks especially blonde too, and her eyes really pop! I saw a cap of the video a few days ago but didn’t want to report anything until I knew for sure. I really love this video, definitely my favourite video of Ellie’s yet! Watch it below for yourself, and screencaps of the video will be coming soon to the gallery. Let me know what you think of it. I literally can’t get over how good Ellie looks in this video! I seriously hope high quality stills of the video appear, as I have so much inspiration for this to be featured in the next layout.
